old people's home chapel

White light illuminates the interior of the circular chapel, falling through the glazed point of the conical ceiling. Dark blue light floods through a horizontal band of windows running around half of the space. Facing the entrance, in the middle of the row of colourful windows, set away from the wall, the Calvary provides, so to speak, a background for the altar, the tabernacle, the ambo and the large cross projecting up from the centre of the floor.
